Manko

The name refers to Manco Capac, son of the Sun God, founder of the Inca people. In this former auction room on Avenue Montaigne, under the Champs-Elysées theatre, Peru meets Paris. The long bar seems to have come straight from El Dorado and the menu gives pride of place to pisco, another Peruvian national treasure. Beyond the inevitable pisco sour, you can explore the astonishing array of nuances and possibilities offered by the expertise of the producers and mixologists. This is Peru!
