More than just another bar on Pigalle's cocktail street, Rue Frochot, Les Justes is an idealistic vision of what a bar should be. And that ideal is to be as fair as possible. Firstly, with prices that start at a very reasonable €8, then by contributing €1 from the three top-of-the-range drinks to nonprofit organizations. The concept extends to the natural and nutritious food menu, and the free buffet aperitivo every Wednesday, all with a disruptive creativity in the recipes and a coolly chic setting.
