In the 19th century, the bistros and cafés of the Grands Boulevards were the hippest nightspots in the capital. The reopening of one such café, Le Gramont, is a sign that the good old days are back. In the best tradition of the Parisian brasserie, Le Gramont is a place where you can eat or drink at any time. And those drinks include the excellent cocktails, especially the Spritz with white wine from the siphon, a fabulous throwback to classier times. The décor is also a reminder of the golden age with a fine, welcoming bar and renovated art nouveau ceiling motifs. Le Gramont is back!
