This Monsieur Antoine isn't just anybody, he's definitely not a nobody, he's two bodies—Hugo Pomarat and Vincent Pinceloup, whose talents left nothing but good memories among patrons of Grazie or Beaucoup. Two-man Antoine had the bright idea of opening a neighborhood bar in the Voltaire neighborhood, where the cocktail scene is still low-key. In terms of quality and craftsmanship, Antoine is on top of his game. Every dazzlingly seasonal list reflects the freshness of the place and the produce. The steel/wood décor and indie rock soundtrack seal the deal. For the cinematically minded, Monsieur Antoine is a character from legendary French gangster movie, Les Tontons Flingueurs.
