The Shell (Hôtel des Grands Boulevards)

It's all in the name. On the legendary Grands Boulevards, the founding fathers of the Experimental Cocktail Club have opened a new hotel, with a bar inside unsurprisingly. With its arte povera design, the Shell also lives up to its name and boasts a fine terrace, open all year round, and a very human approach. All products are sourced directly from independent producers, with respect for seasonal cycles, while the cocktail menu is divided into three parts—alcohol-free; medium alcohol content; and "classic" alcohol content. A fine initiative to shake up the Paris cocktail scene once again. Shell we dance?
