First opened in 1905, Le Vins des Pyrénées has become an institution between Bastille and St. Paul. In a flash of inspiration, the new owners have opened a cocktail bar upstairs. Access is through the bistro and up the cute spiral staircase into a snug space that feels like a jazzy gentlemen's club. The wooden bar, ceiling fans and small hidden smokers' terrace are all in impeccably good taste that perfectly complements the list of inventive cocktails.
