First opened in 1905, Le Vins des Pyrénées has become an institution between Bastille and St. Paul. In a flash of inspiration, the new owners have opened a cocktail bar upstairs. Access is through the bistro and up the cute spiral staircase into a snug space that feels like a jazzy gentlemen's club. The wooden bar, ceiling fans and small hidden smokers' terrace are all in impeccably good taste that perfectly complements the list of inventive cocktails. Knocking on 120 and going better than ever!
