On Rue Frochot, where there are more cocktail bars per square meter than anywhere else in Paris, it's a pleasant surprise to find a modest neighborhood bar nailing the classics at affordable prices. The décor comes with the territory of a former go-go bar—leopard-print seats, dance pole, red velvet and a handsome high bar. And they stay open very late at the weekend. Lipstick or gloss? A twist of one and half a dash of the other.
